		<description>I purchased a house with 3 day blinds, the string on the extremely big blinds broke and fell off. Since the house is only a few years old so are the blinds.  According to customer service the warranty only covers the repair for original owner and not their product.  However, they would be happy to repair for a big fee.</description>

		<description>They need to change the name of this company from 3 day blinds to &quot;whenever we feel like it&quot; blinds. I have been waiting months to get my valances installed. When I call customer service, I am told they will check on it and call me back..which they never do. When I ask who else can I speak to, I am told no one and there is nothing they can do. When I ask for my money back, I am told they don&#039;t discuss compensation until the order is complete. So, if the order is never complete, they never discuss a refund? Seriously!  

I have used 3 day blinds in the past and always got good service. I am so disappointed. All I want is what I paid for.</description>

And in a separate email I&#039;m told that the lifetime warranty only lasts for 5 years. But they can&#039;t show me that anywhere in their warrant.  What crack&#039;s me up the most is how they sign their emails &quot; Integrity &#124; One Team &#124; Superior Client Experience &#124; Excellence &#124; Passion&quot;
