Actually their faucets are made in China, so be ware....enough said about that. The wood parts are made in India.....

...and of course customer service speaks for itself.

Buyer beware!!!!

I too ran into a similar situation but tried to be clever and contacted Magickwoods directly...asking who could I speak to about the Lowes account as I had a few questions. I was connected to a "Jeff Sale" who indicated that he was in charge of the line. When pressed with my issue however he became pretty abrupt and even rude. There is no doubt that he was both unable and unwilling to help me and would not offer any alternatives or suggestions on how I could resolve my problem. Magickwoods should be ashamed that he is allowed on the phone..but its a good indicator about their company seeing that their people are as useless as their products. I will be writing a letter to Lowes as well as calling their channel manager and sharing the experience with them...being sure to tell them what lousy service I got from the manufacturer.

I tried to call and get a replacement part as well and they told me the same thing, to buy a new facet.

It is a scam, use a better brand!

I too was told to go back to lowes to get a replacement part. The bottom shelf on the vanity base that I just bought was broke. Lowes also informed me that since I bought it on clearance, there was nothing that they could do. How can a retailer as large as lowes sell things that are broke and not let you return them. I am very disappointed in the standards of lowes products.
