		<description>HSBC RRSP dept. leaves clients dangling for weeks with their loan approval &amp; when it&#039;s too late they say sorry can&#039;t help.  My regular bank approved the loan in an hour.  HSBC RRSP dept. not only takes  the initial deposit then charges you to transfer it to another bank after mismanaging what&#039;s left.</description>

		<description>TD Merchant Services totally screwed up the fact that I am a seasonal business and charged me way to much money. Including $250.00 to set up the caaount then $250.00 to inactivate it and oops they trerminated it so I have to pay start up all over again. So I decided to change banks.. 		<description>I hate TD canada trust.I have had a account for 9 years without any problems and all of a sudden i got hit with 9 NSF fee charges.All started off with pay pal I had my credit card linked to there but instead of pay pal taking money from my credit card they tryed my bank account first and withdrawed money from my account that had 0 funds.Dont ask me how the bank let these transations go through with out any monies or contacting me.These were unauthorized transations by pay pal.How I found out about the nfs fees was i went there to cash a check and the woman at the teller showed me what was going on and she spoke to the manger and came back and then tells me to call the number on the back of my card.So i call the back of the card and got a woman that talked to me very nicely and she was really shocked about how pay pal did these transations and tells me to go and close my account and that they will work and relsove the problem it gets worse from here.I walk into TD canada trust bank and talk with customer service and tell them the woman over the phone told me to come here to close my account.The customer service woman was very rude to me she told me that they cant remove any nfs fee charges or close my account because it is negative and that it would stay open.So I asked her to freeze my account and then she tells me that wont stop me from getting NFS fees.I tryed talking to her and she kept cutting me off.So i walked out and decided to email them and I got a reply back that saying i needed to talk to pay pal well i already did that and pay pal reversed all the charges.Then she sent me another email that my message was sent to the customer serivce department.I just keep getting screwed around by TD canada trust and they wont do anything to help.It is the wrose bank ever.I didnt do anything wrong I wasnt the one taking out money and I didnt give anyone permisson to take funds out but still get treated like crap from that bank.All I wanted was for them to close my account and help me reslove a problem and they cant even do that.</description>

The mortgage is for 195,000. The house is worth 300,000. They now tell me I need to insure my house for 375000.00!!!!!! They have put a lean for that amount &quot;just in case I want to ever increase the mortgage in the future&quot;. WTF??? How can I insure my house for more than it&#039;s worth and if I only owe the mortgage 195000.00, why should they put a lean for 375000.00!!!! This has been hell for me and my senior citizen parents.</description>

		<description>I have been banking with TD Canadtrust for over 20 years and the way i was treated by one of the employees at my branch was appalling.  I ordered credit cards over a month back and they still cannot deliver it. They have had to cancel twice.  They dont even have a system to track to determine where the cards are.  Please do not bank at the TD Canadatrust Branch located in the Scarborough Towncentre.  The staff are rude, they dont want to listen to you to even determine the issue.  I was there to enquire about my credit cards that i ordered over a month back and they dont know where they are or when i will get them. They could have simply acknowledged the issue but instead this girl who indicated that she was an acting supervisor did not even want to acknowledge the problem but wanted to shift the blame to somebody else. When I suggested that I will talk to her supervisors she appeared to did not care. 
One of TD&#039;s guiding principles is &quot;Delivering Legendary Service&quot;.  I can tell you it was so bad it was legendary i will never forget it. 

Needless to say I will be taking my business somewhere else all because of this persons behaviour.</description>
