		<description>My problem is slightly different. UPS is going to try and deliver my trans-border package to a bad address and they insist that they will try three times. After that they will return the package to the sender. It doesn&#039;t matter that I went to the depot where they are holding the shipment and explained the situation. I even had a call from UPS telling me that they would hold it at the depot for me. Nope. The counter guy couldn&#039;t have cared less who said what or that they wouldn&#039;t even be able to deliver the package to the address on the label. The UPS philosophy seems to be &quot;Don&#039;t confuse me with facts. My mind is made up!&quot;</description>
