UPS is going to try and deliver my trans-border package to a bad address and they insist that they will try three times. After that they will return the package to the sender. It doesn't matter that I went to the depot where they are holding the shipment and explained the situation. I even had a call from UPS telling me that they would hold it at the depot for me. Nope. The counter guy couldn't have cared less who said what or that they wouldn't even be able to deliver the package to the address on the label. The UPS philosophy seems to be "Don't confuse me with facts. My mind is made up!" My problem is slightly different.
